More hours, more space, and its own Web site are new at popular Loco Coco's, opened in 2004 and bringing Kittery locals a taste of San Diego taquirias. The carne asada tacos are small, soft corn tortillas filled with grilled steak, rice and beans, and guacamole ($3.50). The cantina is open an hour later than the big dining room.
