Open Thursday through Monday 9-6, closed Thursday October through early May; closed two weeks after Thanksgiving and the first six weeks of the year.
Thanksgiving is the biggest week, when Nancy Stern sells as many as 600 pies. Custom orders from holiday special menus and regular menus are available. Blueberry, apple, and pumpkin are top sellers; variations include pumpkin-pecan pie, sour cream blueberry, jumble berry (blueberry, blackberry, and raspberry), and chocolate pie. Prices range around $25 for a 10-inch pie that serves eight. French Canadian Brown Sugar pie was a special pie being baked for Easter.
